Stitch 'N Pitch is back for 2022! The Seattle Mariners will be holding it on Tuesday, September 6th - when they face the Chicago White Sox (first pitch is at 6:40 PM). Here's the email we sent in mid-August with more information.
The Seattle Knitters Guild wants to host a table at the event and we need your help. What's involved:
Ticket prices through the special offer are $24 for main level, or $14 for view level. A bonus for attending the game/purchasing the special tickets is a limited-edition Mariners-themed Reusable Grocery Bag, available for pick up at the game. We recommend also taking a look at the current T-Mobile Park bag policy and list of prohibited items not able to be brought into the park - double check and make sure your bag works!
Travel to T-Mobile Park: While there are some parking lots and garages nearby, we recommend traveling to the park via public transit! Sound Transit Light Rail stops close by and also gives an opportunity to knit on the way - there's plenty of parking at Northgate Station for those that live in the north end, and Tukwila International Boulevard and Angle Lake Stations for those on the south end.
The Seattle Knitters Guild wants to host a table at the event and we need your help. What's involved:
- Rather than selling tickets directly, we are asking you to reach out to your LYS to purchase tickets! Our business sponsors that have tickets for sale are A Little Knitty and Stranded by the Sea. You may also purchase tickets directly from the Mariners (deadline- September 5th, 5 PM Pacific).
- We will need volunteers to sit at the table to interact with attendees and other knitters as they check out our Guild information and raffle prizes. If you're interested, please email [email protected] with the time/innings you would be able to sit at the table.
